These rules outline how our auction system works and what’s expected from all participants to ensure fair trading and compliance with our terms.
1. Eligibility
To participate in MXIco auctions, you must:
Be 18 years or older.
Have a verified MXIco account (completed KYC).
Comply with all applicable local laws and exchange terms.MXIco reserves the right to restrict access to users from jurisdictions where crypto trading or auctions are prohibited.
2. Types of Auctions
MXIco may conduct several types of auctions:
Fixed-Time Auction: The auction runs for a set duration. Highest valid bid at the end wins.
Instant Buy: A “Buy Now” price lets bidders instantly purchase the item.
Reserve Auction: The seller sets a minimum reserve price. If not met, the item is not sold.
Dutch Auction: The price decreases over time until a bidder accepts it.Each auction type will clearly display its format before bidding starts.
3. Bidding Rules

All bids are binding and cannot be withdrawn once placed.
Each new bid must be higher than the current bid by the defined minimum increment.
Bidders must have sufficient funds or crypto balance in their account before bidding.
Fraudulent or manipulative bidding is strictly prohibited.
If technical issues occur (network delays, downtime, etc.), MXIco reserves the right to pause, extend, or cancel the auction.
4. Winner Selection
At the end of the auction:
The highest valid bid wins.
The winning amount will be automatically deducted from the bidder’s account.
If the reserve price is not met, the auction is declared unsuccessful and no funds are charged.
Winners will receive confirmation by email and dashboard notification.
5. Payment and Settlement

Payments are processed in cryptocurrency or fiat as displayed during bidding.
Once payment is complete, ownership is transferred to the winning bidder.
Transactions are final and non-refundable.MXIco may hold assets in escrow until both parties meet their obligations.
6. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers agree to:
Provide accurate details and authentic ownership proof of auctioned assets.
Deliver the asset promptly after auction closure.
Avoid duplicate listings or fraudulent claims.Violating these terms may lead to account suspension and legal action.
7. Platform Fees
MXIco charges fees for:
Listing items
Successful auction completion
Optional promotional featuresAll fees are displayed transparently before listing or bidding.
MXIco reserves the right to update fees with prior notice.
8. Fraud and Misuse
Any form of:
Price manipulation
Fake bidding
Use of multiple accounts for self-bidding (“shill bidding”)
is strictly forbidden.MXIco will suspend or permanently ban users involved in such actions.
9. Cancellation and Dispute Resolution

MXIco may cancel auctions that violate rules or appear fraudulent.
Users may raise disputes within 48 hours of auction closure.
MXIco will mediate disputes based on evidence, transaction logs, and account activity.
MXIco’s decision in disputes will be final and binding.
10. Liability Disclaimer
MXIco acts as a facilitator between buyers and sellers.
We do not guarantee the value, authenticity, or legality of items listed in auctions.
You participate at your own risk, and MXIco is not liable for:
Market fluctuations
Item misrepresentation by sellers
Technical issues beyond our control
11. Changes to Auction Rules
MXIco reserves the right to modify these rules at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
